Nick was raised in Williston, North Dakota and spent much time assisting on the family farm.  He received a Finance degree in 2007 from the University of Minnesota following two years at North Dakota State University.  Following graduation, he joined a Minneapolis-based private equity investment firm, Shore View Industries.  While at Shore View, he performed detailed analysis on numerous acquisitions of private companies, sat on the Board of Directors of one of its portfolio companies, built detailed financial models and budgets, assisted in the structuring of numerous debt and equity investments, and gained valuable insight into what drives an enterprise's profitability.  He also has a thorough knowledge of and experience using the variety of marketing tools availbable to today's producer.  Nick brings a variety of business and financial experiences to your operation.
